Summary

We’re growing our content marketing group at Messagepoint, and we’re looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Content Manager superstar to join our dynamic team.  This is a key role within the marketing group, tasked with managing the creation of impactful and engaging content across channels to help contribute to the success of Messagepoint. 

You come from a product marketing background.  You can create compelling content across a broad range of needs, from technical product collaterals and white papers, to eBooks, blog posts and video scripts.  You have a background in creating B2B marketing content in the tech space.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and implementation of Messagepoint’s overall content strategy.
Develop customer-facing product collaterals as required to support our sales and other teams.
Work closely with our marketing team and others within Messagepoint to identify thought leadership topics of interest and to lead the charge on researching and writing compelling, engaging content (blogs, eBooks, infographics, whitepapers and more).
Gather customer quotes and stories and develop case studies as required.
Support our global partner channels with content as required.
Create scripts for marketing videos.
Maintain brand standards on all content.

Qualifications and Skills

Degree in communications, marketing or related field.
5+ years of related product marketing experience, ideally in the software or technology space.
Proven track record of developing product and industry knowledge to be able to translate features, functions and technology into a compelling value proposition.
Proven expertise and success in creating marketing content for a B2B audience across a broad range of content types and channels.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
Excellent communications skills, and ability to work with other departments.
Self-starter and motivated, with a keen eye for developing new ideas and exploring new topics.
Experience with SEO an asset.
