The Content Writer will play a key role in transforming invoices, insurance policies, statements and other types of customer-facing documents into easy-to-read and powerful marketing tools.
Participate in requirements gathering sessions – meet with key stakeholders (comfortable interviewing or facilitating discussions with senior level people in an organization), take thorough notes quickly, summarize findings into a report for the client
Analyze and understand complex information – we work across various industries and often need to understand complex products and industry regulations and jargon
Rewrite information in plain language to ensure end customer can easily understand it
Interact daily with a project team (Senior consultants, designers, project managers) to ensure the end-product meets objectives
Liaise with the client throughout the project – work through project issues, clarify your understanding of the content, manage revision cycles, etc.
Present findings and recommendations to clients (again, typically to very senior executives in an organization) through both a written report and oral presentation
